Dr. Shweta Gogia is a compassionate and dedicated Consultant in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) with over a decade of experience in helping patients of all ages with a wide range of ENT issues. Specializing in pediatric airway management and voice disorders, she is deeply passionate about improving her patient’s quality of life, especially those dealing with complex conditions like pediatric tracheostomies, subglottic airway management, and laryngeal surgeries.

She completed her DNB in Otorhinolaryngology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, and further honed her skills through a senior residency at Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya Government Hospital, New Delhi. She also had the privilege of studying voice disorders at the Emory Voice Centre in the USA, gaining expertise in treating patients with voice and swallowing problems.

Beyond her clinical practice, She is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of ENT specialists. She regularly conducts classes, seminars, and exams for DNB residents, helping them build their skills and knowledge. She also serves as an editor for the Association of Otorhinolaryngologists, Delhi, and reviews research for the Indian Journal of Anatomy and Surgery of Head, Neck, and Brain. Her work has earned her recognition and accolades, including the Dr. Sarla Devi Sawhney Memorial Gold Medal for academic excellence.

She is also a proud member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS) and has been a leader in her hospital, serving as President of the Resident Doctor Association. Above all, her approach is patient-centered.   • Surgical Expertise: She is actively involved in all aspects of Otorhinolaryngology surgery, with a particular focus on pediatric otorhinolaryngology. Her expertise includes performing complex pediatric airway procedures such as tracheostomies, subglottic airway management, and tracheal resections with end-to-end anastomosis. She also manages a high volume of cases involving tracheal and bronchial foreign bodies.
  • Laryngology and Voice Disorders: With specialized training in laryngology, she has played a key role in developing a specialized voice and swallowing clinic. She regularly performs office-based laryngology procedures and has contributed to the creation of programs aimed at the comprehensive evaluation and management of voice and swallowing disorders.

She conducts regular classes, seminars, and training sessions for DNB candidates and oversees the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) for exam-going residents.
